Return of goods and withdrawal from the contract
If you shop in our e-shop, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date:
when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took over the goods, or
in the case of an order of multiple items that are delivered separately, from the date of receipt of the last item.

Return conditions
Returned goods must not be used or otherwise damaged.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
We will refund your money no later than 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods using the same payment method as the payment, unless we agree otherwise.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
goods manufactured or modified to order according to the customer's wishes,
goods that have been used for hygiene reasons in such a way that they cannot be offered for sale again, for example worn earrings or hair accessories
Out-of-court dispute resolution
The consumer has the right to out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising from the purchase contract. The entity authorized to resolve disputes out-of-court is:
